This weekend will see Greenvale and Keilor Football Clubs play for the Leukaemia Foundation Cup, which has been created by the Greenvale Football Club.
Greenvale Football Club established the idea of this game in support of one of their key sponsors who lost a family member Jack Digiantomasso, to Leukaemia.
From Keilor FC point of view, we think this is a fantastic initiative by the Greenvale Football Club to raise awareness for an extremely important foundation in the Leukaemia Foundation and the Keilor Football Club is extremely happy to support this initiative. The idea of Greenvale FC to create a Cup in the name of the Leukaemia Foundation Cup to be played against our two clubs each year at Greenvale FC is something our club is more than happy to be involved in, and we look forward to the Inaugural game this weekend.
For those that may wish to donate to the foundation during the game, there will be people with donation tins around the ground and all money spent through their BBQ will go to the foundation.
