On Friday Night, 16th September, the Keilor Football Club hosted the 2022 Senior Women’s Presentation Night, at the Keilor Sports Club.
A full house saw the Premiership side go through their awards for the first full season played, since 2019.
Our Senior Women took home Premiership Glory in the EDFL Airport Toyota Women’s Premier Division, in the Grand Final at Windy Hill – Keilor 5.4.34 defeated Aberfeldie 0.2.2.
The Night kicked off with a major announcement, that 2022 Premiership Coach, Brooke Surgeon, has been re-appointed for the Senior Coaching role again for 2023.
Star ruck, Megan Neill, took home the major honour of the night, being crowned the Senior Women’s Best & Fairest for 2022. An incredible achievement on any occasion, but always made a little more special in a Premiership year.
